Pattern stone effect surface panels can easily be cast using fiberglass / wood / plastic or even lightweight concrete mould. Mould can be made just on the floor made of sand and earth. Other then normal cement you can use colour cement. Density of between 600 to 1200 will do for this type of panels, it is perfect for internal or external wall decorations.
Foam concrete is also a perfect solution to cover metal roof deck against heat penetration and also act as sound proofing cum water proofing.
Partitions can be infill with lightweight concrete to make room fire-proof and sound proof. Partitions stay in place.
Normal partitions fill with foam concrete makes the partition wall a firewall able to withstand a few hours a burnings.
Buildings using metal roof deck makes plenty of noise during downpour and spaces under the roof is very warm due to sunlight. A layer of lightweight concrete is the perfect solution to cover metal roof deck against heat penetration and also act as sound proofing cum water proofing.
